Dave Malouf is currently the Director of Design Operations at Teladoc Health. Dave has been at the forefront of advancing the practice of design operations for the past 6 years. He has contributed to two books on the topic, co-founded a conference, and has written, spoken, taught, coached, and consulted on DesignOps globally.
Dave is also a 25+yr veteran of Interaction Design mostly in the context of large, complex enterprises as both a practicing designer and a practice and team leader. He is a co-founder of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) and several global conferences.
